We are taking a short break for the festive season and will re-open Wednesday 2nd January.

All orders placed over this period will be promptly dispatched within 2 business days. Apologies for any inconvenience.

 

 

Delivery is available Australia Wide on all of our Children's Gifts.

What is the delivery cost?

Standard Post is $9.95 and take takes 3-7 business days. 

Express post is $16.95 and takes 1-3 business days. (Generally, 1 business day to all metro areas)

All orders placed by 2pm AEST will be shipped same day, unless you request a later dispatch.

 

Do you deliver to Hospitals?

Yes we do, however it's not recommended. Where possible delivery to a home or business address is preferred.

If you do choose to have a gift delivered to a hospital, it is your responsibility to confirm that the recipient will be in hospital for the full day that your delivery will be made. Please ensure you select the Express Delivery option at the cart for all hospital deliveries.

If delivery is made to a hospital and the patient has checked out or been moved to another hospital, re-delivery fees will be charged and delivery delays will occur.

Please include as much information as possible, including the ward and room number when placing your order.

 

PO Box Deliveries

Deliveries can be arranged to a PO Box however this will attract a $9.50 surcharge. We will contact you to arrange payment of this additional charge if you enter a PO Box address for delivery.

 

Weekends & Public Holidays

Unfortunately we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

 

Order Cut Off Times

All orders will leave us on the day of ordering if ordered by 2pm AEST, unless you specify in the 'Special Instructions' that you would like a later delivery date.

 

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

An Authority to leave will be assumed for home addresses if our courier feels the gift can be left in a safe place and out of the weather, unless you specify in the ‘Special Instructions’ not to do so. If the property is gated the gift will not be left.

If the parcel can not be left at the address provided it will be taken to the recipients local PO and a calling card will be left. Please note this will incur an additional fee of $9.50.

Please note if the gift is returned to us due to incorrect recipient details or the recipient not being at the delivery address, you will be charged a $14.95 re-delivery fee (please note this only partially covers our costs of the return and re-delivery).

 

What happens if you provide an incorrect delivery address?

Please double check all of the details before submitting your order, as a re-delivery fee will apply if there is an address error or insufficient details.

If delivery is to a business address, be sure to include the business name.

 

Can you specify what time you want your gift delivered?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery times.

 

What happens if your gift has not arrived in the specified time?

We guarantee that all orders received by 2PM AEST will be dispatched same day, unless you’ve requested a later delivery date.  While we guarantee our dispatch times, delivery times are dependent on our third-party carriers and may vary. If you require delivery within a specific time frame, we strongly recommend choosing our express delivery option.

We sincerely apologise for any delivery delays and understand how frustrating they can be – it upsets us just as much as it does you. We don’t like having to rely on third-party couriers who ultimately represent our business. Please note that we do not offer refunds for delayed deliveries. However, if you notice any delays, please reach out to us so we can assist in resolving the situation as quickly as possible.
