Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. A full refund will be provided on all non personalised items. If you have chosen to personalise your order and personalisation has already been done, these items cannot be refunded.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind or wish to return any items, you will be responsible for the postage cost to return the items to us. Please note that if the entire hamper is returned to us a fee of $24.95 will be deducted from the return amount ($14.95 to cover the cost of the original delivery fee incurred, and $10 to cover the cost of the packaging that is not reusable). Please use the contact us form on our website to arrange all returns.
In the unlikely event that you receive a hamper that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us preferably with any photos so we can rectify this for you immediately.
Please note whilst we will do our best to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner, we will not provide compensation for deliveries not made on the expected date, or for any deliveries taken to a Post Office for collection.
Refunds will be processed back to the same form of payment used for the original transaction.
